YOU ALREADY CARE DEEPLY ABOUT YOUR LEARNERS

You want your eLearning to feel supportive, clear, and meaningful. Not confusing or just 'done'.

Yet, some learners are still quietly falling behind...

  • Students drop off, disengage or struggle even when the content is strong.
  • You believe the eLearning you create could work better for more people, but you're not sure where the gaps are
  • You want to design eLearning that's easier to follow, less overwhelming, and more inclusive in practice.
A grid of six people sitting at desks, each looking bored or tired while working on laptops, with coffee mugs or books nearby in home office settings.

You've probably heard that accessibility matters. And you agree with the values behind it.

But translating those values into real design decisions can feel fuzzy.

And you get stuck in the 'where do I even start zone'

Hand-drawn infographic titled ‘the accessibility rabbit hole’ showing an overwhelmed online educator surrounded by a wonderland of inaccessible design issues.

KINDA LIKE A RABBIT HOLE...

“Accessibility” feels like a mystery

You’re told it's essential, but you're not sure what “accessible” really means in practice, even thought you care about doing the right thing.

Too many tools. Too little clarity

You're overwhelmed by tools, design choices, and advice that assumes you already know what you're doing.

No time to rebuild everything

You don’t have time to rebuild your course(s) from scratch. You just want simple changes that actually make a difference.

Accessibility isn't about doing more. It's about designing with intention from the start.

And that's exactly where this workshop begins!

But you're stuck in the 'where do I even start zone'

Accessibility Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated

Join me for

Makeover my Module Workshop

In 3 hours I’ll help you turn accessibility from mystery land to meaningful action.

You'll leave with a stronger resource, clearer design decisions, and a repeatable way of seeing learning differently.

Inside the Workshop...

  • You’ll explore some ideas on how to simplify, structure, and design digital learning that removes barriers, and supports every learner from the start, so it's easier to navigate, understand, and engage with.
  • You’ll design or redesign a lesson or resource .... that supports all learners.
  • You’ll leave with real progress  and a way of thinking about eLearning design that you can come back to as you create and refine future lessons.

ONE LESSON. ONE MINDSET SHIFT. REAL PROGRESS.

Accessibility Mindset Shift

We’ll start by reframing accessibility as a benefit, as a design approach that supports every learner and not just learners with disabilities. You’ll learn how small, intentional choices can remove barriers and create a more empowering learning experience for everyone.

Accessibility-driven Layout & Structure

Messy, cluttered, or inconsistent lessons don’t just confuse learners, they actually create friction. We’ll walk through how to structure your lessons and resources so they’re clear and easy to navigate, reducing cognitive load and improving engagement.

Accessibility Quick Tweaks

Next, we’ll apply practical accessibility strategies. We'll look at using headings, checking color contrast, adding alt text, and writing descriptive links. These are small tweaks that make a huge difference in how learners can access and engage with your content.

So you'll walk away with:

  • A more accessible lesson or resource: done or in progress.
  • Inclusive, engaging design practices that work for all learners.
  • A clear checklist you can reuse across your courses or lessons.
  • Confidence that you're taking real, values-aligned action, without needing to do it all at once.
  • Workshop companion workbook to guide your process.
  • Replay access and live Q&A support.

BECAUSE WHEN LEARNERS DROP OFF, YOU'RE PAYING THE PRICE

The hidden cost of leaving learners behind

→ When Content Misses the Mark

Every time a student disengages or drops out because your content isn’t accessibility-driven, you lose more than just their attention. You lose trust, impact, and potential revenue.

  • Frustrated learners who feel left behind

  • Missed opportunities to sell to or retain them

  • Hours of content created but not fully utilized

  • Lower course completion rates, fewer referrals, weaker testimonials

→ The Payoff of Getting it Right

When you join the workshop and build lessons to include everyone, you start reversing that loss:

  • More engaged students who stick around

  • Higher completion rates and better results

  • Increased trust, glowing feedback, and more returning students

  • Better word-of-mouth, fewer refunds, and more recurring revenue

HERE'S THE THING

You don’t need to be an expert in accessibility to start designing more inclusive learning. You just need the right mindset, simple tools, and a clear starting point. That’s what this workshop delivers.

ONLINE EDUCATORS, COACHES & COURSE CREATORS

This workshop is for you if:

A computer, tablet, and phone display a "Makeover my Module Workshop" graphic, surrounded by labeled items: bonuses, quick-start checklist, guided experience, workbook, and lifetime replay access.

  • You care deeply about learner experience.
  • You create digital courses or eLearning content.
  • You are ready to take imperfect, aligned action.
  • You want practical help to improve your existing content.
  • You want to create eLearning that feels ethical, clear, and supportive.
  • You want to make digital learning easier to use, understand and engage with.
  • You are not looking for a one-and-done solution or compliance-only solutions. Inclusive design is not about an accessibility compliance checklist. It's an ongoing process of thoughtful, student-centred decision-making. And it starts with designing just one lesson that works better for everyone.

I absolutely loved the “Make Over My Module” workshop. It was informative, well structured, and thoughtfully paced from beginning to end. Andrea’s deep knowledge of accessibility really shone through, and she explained each concept clearly and with genuine passion. She helped me see accessibility from perspectives I had never considered before and guided us through simple yet powerful mindset shifts that make a real difference in how we design learning experiences. I highly recommend this workshop to any educator who is serious about creating accessible and meaningful learning spaces for their students.

HERE TO MAKE LEARNING MAKE SENSE

A former classroom teacher turned eLearning Designer and accessibility specialist. With over 16 years in international education, I've seen first-hand how digital learning can either engage students deeply or leave them totally lost.

A pivotal moment in my own work, when creating an interactive activity, showed me how easily well-intentioned design can still create barriers. That experience reshaped how I think about learning design entirely.  The struggle of some learners to access materials that just aren't built with them in mind is real.

Now I support online educators design eLearning that is clear, supportive, and built for  ALL learners, not just some.

If you believe every student deserves a chance to engage, learn, and succeed... and you want practical ways to design more inclusive experiences, you're in the right place.

Because we don't want to leave anyone behind.

Andrea's training is a gentle introduction to creating accessible digital products presented in easily digestible segments.  It opened my eyes to the ways I could quickly improve the accessibility of my content to enhance the user experience. ”(on Design for All Mini Course)

"In the first 15 minutes Andrea gave me a much better understanding of the importance of accessibility (I bet it’s not what you think!). She then went on to provide clear, actionable steps to help me make my digital learning materials accessible, along with valuable resources which I know I’ll use again and again." "You are always thorough and extremely helpful when you share and help others. I received a lot of valuable support in just this mini version, and did not anticipate being able to apply what I learned from it to the rest of my website so easily." (on Accessibility Mini Audit)
